It arrived exactly in the timeframe promised. Size up... I got a 140 for my 8-year-old and it was snug in the upper arms especially. We had a seamstress add stretchy gussets, and even she was impressed with the costume quality. I would buy from these guys again!Perfect for wearing over the dress. It’s lightweight but the long sleeves help and the hood is super cute over the black/white wig we have! My daughter is 8, and the length fit perfectly! It stops right above the ankles so doesnt drag at all! I would definitely order again!Great outfit. Well made. Does run small. Bought size 120 for my smaller 6yr old and it was snug.
