I have other Abeo flats with slightly better arch support. I was a little disappointed in these. Otherwise the quality is good. The arches just aren't enough to compensate for my plantar facitis. I've worn them a couple dozen times. They are ok if I'm not going to be on my feet much. They didn't need to be broken in. The uppers are very supple leather.Too short and narrow
